Yes "everytime" as seen in the unedited posting is correctly displayed now as "every time". This is one that a spell checker should have caught, unfortunately I don't seem to have that beast functioning in my blog editor.

Forest Gump would probably be a forest named Gump and should have been "Forrest Gump" as it is now displayed.

Although I believe that "blond" is the preferred usage, both "blond" and "blonde" have the same definitions in some dictionaries. Therefore its mix and match.

"Iced tea" should be iced tea except that regional usage may create "ice tea" and in fact both are in the dictionary as acceptable usage.

All together I would have preferred to not have any errors in the posting and would have preferred to make the changes noted before they were questioned. However, ice tea over iced tea would probably have gone by me no matter what as that is the usage I grew up with and nobody has ever corrected me on it. Now that I am aware of it I would hope to consider the usage.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13814066224737210486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4439968427275175528.post-4752049876513625902011-03-09T19:41:48.931-08:002011-03-09T19:41:48.931-08:00everytime is not one word
Forrest Gump is not &quo...everytime is not one word
Forrest Gump is not "Forest Gump"
blonde is correctly used: She was a hot blonde.

When speaking of someone with blond hair, you leave off the "e."

It is "iced tea," not "ice tea." Those are just some very quick observations. Yes, you are correct. We all need editors.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
